Colyer Associates is made up of a team who truly enjoy their work and at the front of this team is Pam. Her desire and passion for exceptional client outcomes, and her enthusiasm for work and life is a motivator for everyone in the office.

In 2002 Pam qualified as a mortgage adviser within St. James's Place and since 2008 Pam has focused her attention on the day to day leadership of the Colyer Associates Practice.

Pam has an insatiable appetite to understand new ideas, technology, and motivational techniques. Pam has been accredited ‘SJP Leadership and Management Specialism’ in conjunction with the Institute of Learning and Management. Always looking to be innovative and encourage professional development within the team Pam has also attained the St. James’s Place Platinum accreditation, so that she could understand the learning the team were undertaking.

Pam is definitely an outdoor person and when not working may be found working in the garden, walking in the woods or on the local beaches with her Newfoundland’s and spaniels or she may be found in the stables with her horses.
